Stuart Taylor is the Managing Director of Measured Land Surveys. He is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with a Bachelor of Surveying degree from the University of Otago and a member of Survey and Spatial New Zealand and Consulting Surveyors of New Zealand (CSNZ). Stuart has over 20 years of experience in the surveying industry, both in New Zealand and overseas, within a range of industries including mining, land development and precise industrial environments. His attention to detail and professional attitude are qualities which will help your project succeed. Outside of work Stu is a keen golfer (when he finds the time!) and he has recently learnt to ski so he can keep up with his young daughter.

Ashley Jelley

Ashley Jelley (BSurv, MS+SNZ, MCSNZ)

Ashley is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. He has a Bachelor of Surveying degree from the University of Otago and is a member of Survey and Spatial New Zealand. Ashley sits on the National Council of Survey and Spatial New Zealand as Chair of the Position and Measurement Stream.

His experience encompasses many different areas of the Survey and Spatial professions. His experience spans managing small subdivision developments as Licensed Surveyor, a Technical Survey Innovation role – applying innovative survey methods such as terrestrial and mobile scanning to more traditional workstreams, to leading surveying teams on some of New Zealand and Australia’s largest residential and commercial developments.

Outside of work Ashley enjoys spending as much time with his young family as possible – often outdoors, walking the dog, biking, at the lake, or on the sidelines at local sports fields cheering his kids on. He has a love of local cuisine and beverages – whether it be coffee, cherries, wine, craft beer, or roast lamb. A lover of all sports, top of the list is supporting the Highlanders in Super Rugby, and the Sydney Swans in the AFL

Ryan is a Senior Surveyor with a Bachelor of Surveying degree and a Bachelor of Science degree (majoring in Geology) from the University of Otago. He is also a member of Survey and Spatial New Zealand. Ryan has over five years of experience in the surveying industry, and has worked on a number projects within Central Otago. Outside of work, Ryan can be found competing in disc golf competitions or enjoying the mountains, tramping or skiing.
